North Dalmatia stretches from the Kvarner Riviera down to just north of Split. North Dalmatia
is the Dalmatian the regon with the largest concentration of marinas. North Dalmatia comprises the the city of Zadar, coastal strip and numerous islands of the Zadar archipelago.

Zadar
With its wonderful Old Town, Zadar is a great place to visit! Zadar is an ancient town, standing on an almost-isle with much of the old town walls still

Šibenik
One of the oldest Croatian towns on the Adriatic, Sibenik is famous for the
Cathedral of St James which is a UNESCO World Heritage site.
National parks Kornati Islands
The Kornati Isles are the wildest archipelago of islands of Croatia, consisting of about 147 isles and rocks, most of them unpopulated. Most islands have beautiful stone and pebble beaches.
Krka Waterfalls
The Krka National Park was proclaimed a national park in 1985. Thee park encompasses an area of 109 sq km along the Krka River. The park has 7 waterfalls, the most attractive one is the waterfall of
Skradinski (Scardona) buk. The Krka river runs through a canyon, and then as it cuts its way to the sea – along the way it forms lakes, waterfalls and rapids.
National Park Paklenica
There are two impressive canyons, a multitude of unusual karst formations, a number of caves and the flora and fauna of the park is rich and diverse.
Island Pag
Pag is the second longest island in the Adriatic. Due to the strong wind of Bora, the island has very little vegetation but the numerous stone walls built by farmers and shepherds. Pag is very well known for its paski sir (sheep's cheese) and its lace making.
Other North Dalmatian Islands.
This group of islands is made up of Ugljan, Pasman, Vir, Dugi Otok (Long Island), Ist, Molat, Silba, Olib, Murter, Prvic, Kaprije, Iž, Krapanj, Zirje, and other small islands.
